Can you believe Friday will be the first day of fall?
Yep, Friday is the Autumnal Equinox for us northerners.
Aside from an irrepressible urge to shop for school supplies and the onslaught of pumpkin spice, the Autumnal Equinox officially marks the end of summer. The sun is tilting its orbit over the Earth’s equator and we enter a phase where the days start getting shorter and the nights getting longer… until the solstice on December 21st when the balance shifts again!
What I love about the equinox is that it cues me to tune into the vastness of the universe. I remember that the planet has its own rhythms and seasons. This shift in my POV to the macro helps me find peace and find compassion for myself. More often than not, we are doing our best. Yet, where does the time go? Why haven’t I done X, Y, and Z? How is it that I can’t keep my commitments to creativity? When will I get my self-care organized? If you are asking yourself these questions and are looking for support and structure to make a breakthrough, then my fall workshop is perfect for you!
STUDIO SESSIONS WITH SASCHA is an interactive 8-week virtual workshop, where we create momentum, get messy, and break through blocks with a blend of practical instruction, coaching, and community building.
It would be great to have you join the workshop.
